As a long term supporter of privacy enhancing technology I have held
that data sharing should respect the rights and interests of data
owners, whether they be individuals or businesses. Blockchain technology
provides a way for data seekers to have visibility and confidence in data
without the data owners having to give up control. Applied to Commercial
Real Estate this means greater transparency and efficiency, leading to
greater value and liquidity of assets. It is gratifying that this massive
